• Do not post harmful, abusive, obscene, or objectionable content.

5. User Content

6.1 Organizing Rides and Events

• Organizers must provide accurate information.
• Organizers are responsible for compliance and safety.
• Permits, insurance, and approvals are organizer responsibilities.

6.2 Participating in Rides and Events

• Participants join at their own risk.
• Vehicles must be roadworthy and insured.
• All traffic laws and regulations must be followed.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Do not organize or participate in illegal activities.
• Do not promote dangerous or reckless driving.
• Do not charge fees without authorization.
• Do not use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes.

8. Intellectual Property

WheelSquare content, design, and features are owned by WheelSquare and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

WHEELSQUARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelSquare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Users participate in rides and events at their own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify WheelSquare against claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access for any reason, including Terms violations. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.
